IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS
£27k-£32k based on experience
This is an office-based role: Monday to Friday working 35 hrs week
Rotating shift pattern: 8-4, 9-5 and 10-6
Based in Farnham, Surrey

Job Overview:
- Delivery of an outstanding customer experience
- Creating long lasting relationships
- Proactive management of an assigned customer base to maximise opportunities for business growth
- Working with customers to ensure they have the correct products and services to match their requirements
- Query and dispute resolution, which will include collecting and analysing data form customer invoices to reach resolution. This may be through direct contact with your customer or via team telephone or email contact
- Keeping up to date with product and industry knowledge
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal individuals/teams and suppliers
- Maintaining CRM software
