  • A buzzy and energetic financial start-up company based in the West End is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, paying between £28,000 - £34,000 + extensive benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and fast growing team at a time of exciting transition.

The Role

  • This role will be providing a high level, high touch customer service to both new and existing clients, while helping to grow and expand the company's customer service offering. This will involve handing all telephone enquiries in a quick and efficient manner, but also identifying changes and improvements that can be made to procedures in the team.

The Person

  • The company are seeking a self-motivated, graduate calibre candidate with a genuine passion for providing top quality customer service. Experience working within customer service is a must along with working knowledge of various in-house CRM systems, as you will be involved in creating and driving new processes for the expanding customer service team.
