A Project Manager position within an exciting creative consultancy in the City has become available. The forward-thinking client helps businesses develop their staff into leaders, which in turn helps businesses transform their organisations. The purpose of this role is to manage significant clients, programmes, project and internal relationships to ensure client satisfaction through delivery of quality results with the right resource in the right place at the right time.
Duties of the role include but aren't limited to:
-Building internal and external relationships with colleagues as required by each project, e.g. consultants and the design team -Being the point of interaction with clients through regular communication and project updates -Taking full accountability for project management of major projects to ensure quality delivery on time and in budget; ensuring all resources and materials required are available-Working proactively with internal teams, ensuring regular updates and feedback on progress, highlighting and helping to resolve risks
The successful candidate will:
-Have a high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English-Have significant experience of using project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE 2 qualified or equivalent-Have excellent Microsoft Office and technology skills-Possess significant project management skills (planning, organising, communication, evaluation and review) -Be familiar with a wide range of learning, engagement and talent services-Be willing and able to travel throughout UK and possibly abroad-Have flexible working hours - to operate between 6am and 10pm to enable e.g. global working (across APAC and US time-zones)
