Would you like to join a large UK based company that provide top end quality services? If that's the case Tate are on lookout for a Helpdesk operator who would like to join a fantastic, exciting company.

Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm)

Up to £18'000 depending on experience

Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Internal inbound and outbound calls
  • Be the acting contact for any queries internally in the group
  • Liaising with internal departments and grading level of importance
  • General adhoc duties

  • Experience working in a Customer service/switchboard/Helpdesk role
  • Ability to Multitask
