Tate are currently recruiting for passionate Customer Service professionals who put the customer first. The role will involve some reporting therefore intermediate excel skills are a must.
A bit about the role:
* Responding to customers via phone, emails and Social Media channels
* Updating account details, replacing Lost and Stolen cards along with resetting loyalty passwords.
* Ensuring customers have an excellent experience throughout the whole experience
This is a temporary position, to start as soon as possible, so you must be available immediately with previous Customer Service experience.
Paying 9.50 an hour, this is a perfect role if you are engaging and passionate about Customer Service.
