HR Administrator with a 'can do' approach required!

We are looking for an excellent administrator to join a dynamic and innovative company based just outside of Hatfield. This is a full time permanent role offering a competitive salary of up to £25,000 (DOE) plus excellent company benefits including 25 days holiday, discretionary bonus twice a year and an early finish on a Friday.

The role of HR Administrator will include supporting the HR Manager on a day to day basis with HR related tasks such as holiday, absences, recruitment and new starters. You will also be responsible for HR administration including maintaining HR files, responding to reference requests and maintaining the HR database.

The ideal candidate will have administration experience within an HR team or part CIPD qualified however candidates who have excellent administration experience will also be considered.
