Are you looking to work for a fast paced dynamic company based in Poole, due to internal promotion Tate are recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator to join an established business based in Poole.

The role -

  • Liaising with global customers via email and phone on a daily basis
  • Advising customers on products, stock availability, orders and logistics
  • Assisting customers with complaints and resolving any issues
  • Liaising with multiple department across the company

The person -

  • Providing excellent customer service within an office role
  • Knowledge of Excel and Sage would be advantageous
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Working in a B2B or B2C environment
  • This is not a target driven role, offering excellent customer service is the number one priority for the client.
