Telesales Executive

South Cambridge

£18,000 - £21,000 + Commission

Are you an experienced Telesales Executive who thrives when working in a busy, fast paced environment? If so, then this role could be for you! My client is looking for someone who can join their established team and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients from the internal database and obtain qualifying information from them
  • Fact find on the current IT structure, provision of anti-virus security, recovery and resilience
  • Build a personal client pipeline
  • Book appointments for sales consultants
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Be an integral part of helping the business grow

Person Specification:

  • Must have telemarketing experience working in a B2B sales environment
  • Must have excellent IT skills, including data entry
  • Solution focused and have a flexible approach to problem solving
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent listening skills with clear, concise verbal and written skills
  • Target driven and motivated with the passion and ambition to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Reliable and focused
  • Must have 5 A*-C GCSE grades including English & Maths and be prepared to undertake a DBS check
