Are you an experienced Telesales Executive who thrives when working in a busy, fast paced environment? If so, then this role could be for you! My client is looking for someone who can join their established team and support the sales team.
- Call potential clients from the internal database and obtain qualifying information from them
- Fact find on the current IT structure, provision of anti-virus security, recovery and resilience
- Build a personal client pipeline
- Book appointments for sales consultants
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be an integral part of helping the business grow
- Must have telemarketing experience working in a B2B sales environment
- Must have excellent IT skills, including data entry
- Solution focused and have a flexible approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent listening skills with clear, concise verbal and written skills
- Target driven and motivated with the passion and ambition to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable and focused
- Must have 5 A*-C GCSE grades including English & Maths and be prepared to undertake a DBS check
