Tate Recruitment are seeking an Office Manager to join a well-established business in Hinckley. The role we are recruiting for is on a part time temporary leading to permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping accounts of payments received and expenditure incurred (ensuring that all money payable for services provided is received and properly accounted for)
  • Efficient administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures
  • Assisting and facilitating the re-sale of vacant properties
  • Day-to-day responsibility for a particular area of work, e.g. catering, rotas, time sheets, invoicing and cash administration, care, health & safety, staff training etc. under the supervision of the Manager
  • Ensuring appropriate relationships between staff and Owners are maintained
  • Providing excellent customer service to all Owners and customers in line with company standards and provide a can do attitude at all times
  • Keeping accounts of payments received and expenditure incurred (ensuring that all money payable for services provided is received and properly accounted for)

Key Attributes:

  • Excellent manner/effective communication skills
  • Experience in Office Management would be advantageous
  • Experience in the supervision and deployment of Housekeeping Assistants in accordance with the authorised budget
  • Experience of reviewing performance of staff through 1:2:1 supervision and annual appraisal
  • This position will be working as a Bank Office Manager, which will be adhoc days required.
  • The working hours for this role are between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm working 12 to 20 hours per week dependant on shifts needed to cover.

Hours of work: Working a fixed 19.6 hour contract (per week). Working a 7.45am shift to a 3pm shift (classed as an AM shift). 2.45pm, (remaining in the office until 9.30pm), then go to the Bedsit and sleep until 7am. The shift pattern rolls over 5 weeks so it is an early then a late then three days off. Early - late three days off etc.
