Our rapidly expanding client, based on the outskirts of Exeter has new opportunities available for Customer Service Administrators to join their busy New Business Team.

Processing new business applications and handling incoming calls from Independent Financial Advisers on a first call resolution basis. Providing front line support and exceptional customer service, you will build strong rapport and confidence with all contacts.

To be considered for the role you will have a proven background in administration and handling incoming calls. Experience gained from working in insurance or a similar financial services environment or for a product provider would be preferable.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent - including grade A* - C in English and Maths and have experience of working in a regulated environment.
