Role: Customer Service Advisor (Inbound & Outbound)
Type: Permanent, Temporary & Contract
Pay: £9.19 plus holiday pay
Hours: Full time, working various shifts

Tate are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for one of the UK's most respected and established Automotive companies.
What will I be doing?
The role will include speaking with both lapsed and existing customers, delivering your expertise and knowledge to continue providing world class service. You will be working in a contact centre environment as part of a committed team. Generally, the workloads are high this time of year. You will endeavour to meet the customer's needs and will have the authority, training, skills and experience to deal effectively with the majority of needs raised.
