Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a Senior EA to join a professional team to support the CEO and founder of a fine Jewellery business working in between their Family Office and Home in Chelsea

Your role will be to keep both the personal and professional live organised and running seamlessly on a daily basis. You will be contracted to work 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, and be on-call outside of office hours for urgent requests.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience either as a Senior EA supporting a high net worth individual or business PA with personal duties. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so someone with an unflappable, service orientated and efficient manner is imperative. You will be detail orientated and a fantastic multi-tasker.

  • Meeting preparation
  • Answer the intercom and direct visitors and couriers when necessary
  • Filtering phone calls on behalf of the Principals
  • Adhoc errands
  • Personal shopping
  • Diary management and correspondence
  • Personal RSVPs and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing invitations and any required documents when requested
  • Arranging personal travel including all holidays within the UK and overseas
  • Business meetings/travel logistics and arrangements
  • Liaise with household staff / ad hoc management of the staff
  • Maintenance of budget spreadsheets and financial record keeping
  • Property management
  • Liaise with the in-house finance department
  • Business calls/email correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Filing of all personal and business paperwork
  • Liaise with the office team and relevant staff when necessary
  • Arrange event travel transportation
  • Assist with the organisation of internal events
  • Travelling internationally - to LA and Paris predominately

To be considered for this role you must

  • Be fluent in English Language with excellent communication skills an additional language required also
  • Be calm and work well under pressure
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Be eligible to work within the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Have experience working as an EA at a high level
  • The ability to work discretely - confidentiality is a must
