Care Home Coordinator

The Client

Our client provides a premium quality home care to adults and the elderly with physical and learning disabilities. They have built up a first class reputation world-wide and are recognised as an industry leader in the UK.

Role Responsibilities;

  • Accountable to the Registered Manager for the smooth running of day to day business
  • Ensure outstanding compliance across the business
  • Support the business in achieving a minimum of "Good" in annual CQC inspections
  • Schedule Care Givers to spend the allocated time with each Client
  • Ensure consistent application of companies policies, procedures and practice
  • Maintain the provision of high quality care services to vulnerable people
  • Record all new Care Givers and Clients on the system
  • Report weekly KPI's
  • Identify and match the most suitable Care Givers for each package
  • Produce fortnightly rosters
  • Plan ahead to cover holidays, training and planned absence
  • Maintain accurate records on the system
  • Participate in on call duties if required and deliver hands on care

The Successful Candidate;

  • Experience in a customer service setting,
  • Skilled in building relationships/rapport
  • Use of a scheduling / HR / recording system
  • Relevant qualification, such as Business Studies or Social care
  • Previous domiciliary care experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office
  • Ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge
  • Self-motivated and flexible with a can do attitude
  • Willingness to participate in an on call system for out of office hours
  • Well organised, ability to prioritise with a high attention to detail

The Package;

  • Salary - £19,000 - £21,000
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays
