Tate are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Adviser (verbal and written) for a leading brand in Leicester. Responsibilities:· Answering incoming calls from customers, queries and emails. · Taking new orders and processing them by telephone, fax and email.· Dealing with all maintenance and web related issues from customers. · Entering new orders onto the in house system and providing customer with updates. Key Attributes:· Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.· Good organisational and administrative skills. · Strong communication skills in English and German. This is a full time position which requires you to work various shift patterns including evenings, and weekends. Please note that the successful candidate for this position MUST speak German fluently - both verbal and written.
