My client is a manufacturing firm based in the Tyseley area who are in the process of rapid expansion. They are looking for experienced Customer Service and Sales individuals to join their growing team and help support the company growth. This an exciting opportunity for the right person looking to progress their Sales / Customer Service career further.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, on a shift rota between 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary up to £25,000 dependant on experience.
The day to day duties of this position include:
Identifying and follow up of sales opportunities with both potential and existing customers using a proven system.
Pro-active telephone calls to generate sales.
Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
Creating financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets.
Making appointments for our external account managers.
Maintaining a database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Previous, strong Customer Service experience.
Experience working to and surpassing KPI's.
The ability to perform well under pressure.
