Tate are seeking Two Housing officers for our client in Central Bedford To start asap, this role involves front line customer service triage as well as supporting the team with administrative tasks and call handling.
You will also be responding for online customer messages, face to face customer service, and full training will be given to support you in this demanding but rewarding role.
You must be able to remain calm under pressure and be professional and positive at all times. A DBS Certificate will be applied for on behalf of successful candidates.
