We are currently seeking two candidates to join the Customer Contact Team, for an on-going temporary contract (with a minimum of 6 months commitment required).Title: Customer Contact AdvisorLocation: Based just outside of central Reading, BerkshireSalary: £10 to £11 per hour, plus holiday and rewards exclusive to TateHours: Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm will look at School hoursWith excellent customer service skills and previous outbound calling experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop, learn new skills and work within a high-end automotive business.Main responsibilities· Contacting existing and prospect customers to ensure that the data held on the customer database is accurate and up to date · Overall building rapport with customers that is reflective of the brand · Contribute to any documentation and improvement of processes within the centre · Deliver an agreed level of service to external and internal customers · Contacting customers where MOTs and warranties are due for renewal · Adhere to the policies and procedures.Person Specification· Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone · Customer Service/Outbound calling experience · Pro-active and can-do attitude · Naturally keen to provide good customer service · Able to adapt to multiple tasks · Work alone productively and with initiative, but also play an active role as part of a team · IT literate · Strong attention to detail · Excellent communication.There is free parking on site and a short walk to the nearest bus stop.Please apply with an up to date CV if you would like to receive further information.
