My client are a rapidly growing and successful tech start-up company and are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their sales team. They are a cloud-based web platform that specialises in the ed-tech sector, based in a fantastic sociable office in London.
Duties:-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives-Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed-Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory-Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts-Forecast and track key account metricsRequirements for the Role:-Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role-Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs-Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail-Strong verbal and written communication skillsBenefits include:-£25,000-£30-000 per annum-Dog friendly office based in Central London-29 days holiday + birthday leave and Christmas office closure
