Tate are proudly working with Bristol City Council to recruit a number of temporary customer service advisors across various teams based in central Bristol.
As the first point of contact for customer's your role is to ensure they receive a professional, positive and customer-focused experience. Within the role you could either be helping customers over the phone or face-to-face.
You must be able to demonstrate:
· The ability to deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal and written communication· Excellent telephone manner· Ability to respond to a wide range of enquiries and requests· IT Literate
If you have proven customer service experience and pride yourself on delivering the best customer experience possible this role is ideal for you. This is a temporary role starting on the 27th August and is paying £10.92 per hour.
