An accurate and efficient Purchase Ledger Administrator is required to join a friendly accounts team of an organisation based on the Bournemouth / Poole boarder on a temporary basis paying £10.58 per hour.
The role involves maintaining the purchase ledger including ensuring all purchases are compliant, timely payment of suppliers, recording PO's and credit card transactions.
The ideal candidate will have / be
- Purchase ledger experience
- Experience of processing PO's and credit card transactions
- Good level computer literacy
- Team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong Administration and organisation skills
This is a temporary role commencing in early August.
