We are recruiting for a Sales Enablement Executive for a global technology business based in Basingstoke, this is an exciting time to join as the business grows from strength to strength and you will be part of a team of marketing professionals.
This is a fundamental role as you will be dedicated to supporting the sales team with attracting customers and to ensure they reach out to their customers in the most effective way. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Hubspot or similar, and have had exposure to nurturing audiences and sales pipelining.
Key duties: · Continuing to increase adoption and engagement of our direct sales teams· Extending access to our global distribution partners· Integration of the sales enablement platform within the CRM solution · Communicate monthly key trends and best practice to equip Regional Champions. Listen to needs and provide appropriate Central support to deliver solutions that to help Regional Champions engage their teams.· Develop and execute a monthly "gamification approach" to increase collaboration on SalesEdge and provide data for monthly announcement· Respond quickly to requests from Regions to add, edit and delete users.· Proactively search for new industry reports to enable Sales. Upload other new assets to SalesEdge in response to requests.· Provide data to facilitate implementation of processes to strengthen governance.· Execute key project activities to ensure successful delivery of these key development project phases.· Produce and edit short bite-size video clips to assist with high quality, professional sales training on key platform functionality to enable Sales.· Provide monthly reporting on key performance indicators to the Director of Global Marketing· Develop and manage effective reporting on asset utilization, mobile adoption and collaboration· Provide monthly report on new users to HR· Cross train on other key marketing solutions to provide critical cover for sickness and absence around intranet and external website platforms.· Cross train on other key marketing solutions to provide critical cover for sickness and absence around intranet and external website platforms.
You will have: · At least 5 years experience in a marketing/sales environment · Marketing or Business degree is desirable however not necessary· A keen interest in a sales enablement career · The confidence and ability to build strong relationships with remote teams as well as the central marketing team · Strong analytical skills · Excellent communication skills · Ability to thrive from short deadlines and changing priorities · An interest in or experience of image and video-editing (Creative Cloud) is desirable· A desire to provide high quality solutions
