Salary: Competitive

I am working with an outstanding and international client, based in central London. My client, an award winning broker, are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their new team in London. This role will be reporting into the Head Of Business Development, and offers a competitive salary with benefits. There is also an implemented commission structure, as well as a competitive base salary.

With the offices based in the heart of London, the role is working out of one of the prestigious and luxurious co working spaces. This role has a start-up feel, but with the international wealth and backing of a major company. If you're proactive and entrepreneurial this would be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- Contacting new Partners of the Company, introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Partner.

- Contacting new Partners of the Company, introduce the Company and its services and ascertain the needs and individual circumstances of each new Partner.

- Informing Partners of the commission structure they will receive and if applicable negotiate for a different commission structure.

- Validating Partner accounts after the Prospective Partner has undergone through the Partner Acceptance Procedure and the Partner Due Diligence and verification of identity procedures which the Company has in place and the Company has decided that it will proceed with forming a business relationship with a Prospective Partner.

- Arranging meetings, either face to face or remote, with Partners to drive business development.

- Using of online software applications in order to have a personal conversation with a Partner who might be facing problems while using the website and/or might request further clarifications.

- Communicating to Partners the various promotions, products and marketing campaigns currently active.

- Achieving all sales targets on a consistent basis outline by the Head of Business Development.

Desirable traits:

- Must have experience within brokerage

- 2-3 years' experience within the same industry

- Proven track record of sales results

- A natural people person is a must
