We are looking for an Account Manager/Internal Sales Administrator for our clients Internal Sales Team who are based in Ringwood
Permanent Role | Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm | £19,000 increasing to £19,500 post probation + commission (OTE £22,000 - £25,000)
You will be working for highly successful company, the largest independent wholesalers of their industry on the South Coast, a brief overview of duties are as follows;
- Monitoring, maintaining and hitting set targets- Maintain, develop and build existing and new customers- Assisting in increasing the overall turnover of the brand- Communicating with customers in all manners- Handle customer queries, complaints, issues and solving efficiently- Working with the field sales representative as well as individually RE problems and to meet targets- Solve any problems involving orders or delivery- Accurate logging of communication- Produce written information for customersIdeally you will need to have;
- Excellent customer service skills- You will need to understand, meet and exceed the needs of your customer- Great account management skills- Be a clear and confident communicator- To be self-motivated- Accurate attention to detail- Relationship building skills- A curious and inquisitive nature- The ability to multi-task
