Technical Support


Monday - Sunday

37.5 hours per week between 7.00-23.00


Local client of choice is looking someone to join their team, providing technical support to the engineers ensuring a resolution to the fault.


  • Liaise with customers to collate detailed technical information
  • Make accurate fault diagnosis
  • Provide technical support to engineers
  • Identify calls and escalate when needed
  • Check stock availability and find alternatives
  • Be compliant with company policies and legislation
  • Carry out any new "ad-hoc" assignments when required
  • Check warranty status for defined kit

The Person:

  • Have the ability to prioritise workload in HP, IBM, Dell
  • Have a technical background with experience in
  • Be organised
  • Have strong technical skills
  • Experience in Microsoft packages
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
