Local client of choice is looking someone to join their team, providing technical support to the engineers ensuring a resolution to the fault.
- Liaise with customers to collate detailed technical information
- Make accurate fault diagnosis
- Provide technical support to engineers
- Identify calls and escalate when needed
- Check stock availability and find alternatives
- Be compliant with company policies and legislation
- Carry out any new "ad-hoc" assignments when required
- Check warranty status for defined kit
- Have the ability to prioritise workload in HP, IBM, Dell
- Have a technical background with experience in
- Be organised
- Have strong technical skills
- Experience in Microsoft packages
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
