Job Role - HR Generalist

Location - Luton

Pay - £15 per hour

Duration: 3 months

An amazing opportunity to join a well-established, thriving business based in Luton.

I am recruiting for a HR Generalist with employee relations experience to work with a busy HR team.

You will be expected to provide an exceptional HR service, coaching and supporting line managers to develop teams and deliver high quality customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the HR Business Partner on the day to duties within HR

Develop and deliver talent and succession plans ensuring teams are trained to deliver within their job role to a high standard.

Support in delivering colleague engagements plans for each business area

Complete weekly and monthly metrics reports, analysing results and using data to drive improvement.

Deliver a high standard of employee relations support including liaise with occupational health providers, exit interviews, employment tribunals and provide legislative updates

Assist in HR related ad hoc duties

Skills and experience:

Previous experience within a HR role with employee relations experience

An understanding of UK employment law and legislation

CIPD or equivalent qualified
