Great opportunity to join a company based in Kings Langley as a Compliance Administrator. The successful candidate with either have a strong background in business administration or have some experience in a compliance related roleTates client offers an excellent work environment, parking, Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30 with 1 hour lunch, subsidised on-site Gym and subsidised restaurant. After successfully completing probation they offer a healthcare scheme, attendance bonus (up to 10 days pay) and Costco membership. Salary is £18,000-£22,000 (subject to experience)The role is to ensure compliance with UK legislation including Anti Money Laundering, Agency Workers Regulations and GDPR; check all files (clients and employees) are compliant and details held on database are up to dateMain Duties:- Checking employee and contractor information complies with current legislation- Entering details onto payroll system- Setting up new clients on database ensuring credit checks and compliance checks have been made- Ensuring client and employee contracts have been signed and updated on database- Run weekly reports to check compliance to Agency Worker Regulations- Ensuring all information held for clients, employees and contractors comply with GDPR- Answering any queries or disputes relating to contract and insurance - Taking inbound enquiries and providing excellent customer service at all times- Other general admin as requested- Attending team meetingsRequired Skills & Experience:- Strong business administration skills- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Great customer service, relationship builder- Excellent telephone manner- Experience of SalesForce would be an advantage or would need experience of using CRM system- Ability to prioritise own workload, work to deadlines whilst being flexible to changing requirements- Team player, flexible and adaptable approach- Exposure to working with compliance would be an advantageTo apply for this position, please submit your CV in Microsoft WORD format
