Full time job available for an Admin Secretary to work for a small professional, yet very busy team in Hitchin Town Centre.
We are recruiting for a multi-faceted office admin/secretary, who has a variety of office skills and experience and who is able to turn their hand to a variety of tasks no matter how big or how small.
Working alongside the Office Manager, your day will mostly comprise of document editing and typing, diary management, organisation, email and post and telephone work.
The office is kept under the watchful eye of the fifth team member - a well house trained, adorable Westie dog!
The key skills and attributes you need for this particular job are:
- An excellent standard of document layout with exceptional spelling and grammar
- Very proficient with Microsoft Word, Mail Manager, Outlook/Office 365, and Excel and willing to learn and use/learn specialist packages
- Driver/driving licence desirable to pop out locally on errands (Parking usually available for a small vehicle)
- Typing speed around 60+ wpm
