Customer Service Supervisor - Competitive Salary, St Albans, Hertfordshire plus benefitsWorking within purpose built headquarters on the outskirts of St Albans, our client a reputable and internationally recognised business are on the recruit for a Customer Service Supervisor to supervise, lead and motivate a team of Customer Service/Sales Administrators Daily activities will include, but not be exhausted of:-· Being a point of contact for both customers and internal customer service team · Supervising, motivating and mentoring an existing and highly skilled team in collaboration with the Sales Administration Manager · Conducting team appraisals · Ensuring that product knowledge of the team is up to date · Assisting the team by being hands on and performing the tasks with them at peak times to ensure that work between all the team members is balanced and manageable· Carrying out "root cause analysis" and provide ongoing recommendations · Maintaining close working relationships with all other departments including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Field Sales Skills and experience:- · The ability to motivate and supervise as well as being able to work as part of a team as required · A proactive and personable nature with the ability multi task and prioritise · A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory positon · High standards of computer literacy - solid Excel · Excellent verbal and written communication skills· SAP experience preferred
