Tate Exeter are offering an exciting opportunity for Learning and Development Administrator to join our successful clients, on the outskirts of Exeter.
To be considered for this position, you will be passionate about a Learning and Development career and committed to further study for a professional qualification. You will be an exceptionally organised administrator, with a sharp eye for detail and the proven ability to multitask. Fully conversant with MS Office packages, you will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills along with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
You will be supporting the L & D Team to ensure that training is delivered to staff effectively. Ensuring that all legislation and policies are adhered to and organise courses, materials and training rooms. Communicating with all parties regarding training and creating promotional material for the courses.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, as would an awareness of Intellectual Property Rights, though these aren't essential requirements.
