Education Programme Coordinator

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen in Winchester for a full time Education Programme Co-ordinator supporting the administration for medical professionals as they commence their training programmes.
Our client is responsible for the planning, development, education and training of the health care and public health workforce across the local area for over 2,500 trainees.
They are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who can demonstrate a full and comprehensive front line administrative service within the team. You will work in a challenging, busy and rewarding environment, liaising with a range of external bodies.
- In the Education Programme Coordinator role you will be responsible for assisting within a wide portfolio that includes the management of training programmes, educational supervisor approvals, quality, some course administration, national recruitment events and the annual assessment processes for trainees.
- You will also be required to assist with the national recruitment events for trainees. Whether you are contacting trainees, the General Council, local organisations on behalf of the organisation, your essential input will help make sure they carry on delivering our current high standards of excellent customer service. There will also be some travel to off site meetings/recruitment events.
- Using excellent communication skills you will be confident liaising with colleagues at all levels and possess extensive IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office packages, with particular emphasis on Excel at an intermediate level and a superior attention to detail. You will demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team environment and deliver a high standard of work to tight deadlines.

Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Pay £10.30 per hour
