Purpose of the role:Manage the permanent recruitment team with the support of the Operations Manager Take responsibility for the delivery of the permanent recruitment team for the Milton Keynes market To generate both and candidates and successfully match them to roles and charge a fee for doing so. To provide the best service at all times, maximising on all opportunities working in line with the Tate vision, values and strategy.Role & ResponsibilitiesResearch /qualify prospects Book visits and build relationships Social Media/networking/seminars/Tate guides Develop brand awareness 1-1's and weekly / monthly reviews with your team Build your team with talented new employees to the team in line with our growth plans Successfully match candidate to roles Manage offer process and track until start dateKeeping in touch on a regular basis with candidates and clientsSend Evaluations and act on feedback to enhance service Sourcing and attracting candidates Building a loyal candidate base by social media, networking, CV searching, job boards and Referrals Interviewing and marketing out candidates to suitable companiesOffer advice to ensure the candidate has every opportunity to demonstrate their strengths Fully brief candidates on the roles they are being put forward for Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms To ensure all administration processes are followed to meet company standards, including Marketing, Candidate Care and CompliancePerson SpecificationStrong level of customer care of relationship building Passion to develop the skills of your teamCoaching and development skills Sales experience or strong desire to carry out sales activitiesTeam player · Strong verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, passion and drive Hard workingEager to learn and develop their career Ability to multi-task Able to prioritise own time and work to deadlines Good organisation skills Values driven Resilience and tenacity (Winning Mentality) Business Thinking Solutions Orientated Sense of FunHonest and IntegrityConsultative approachThis is an internal position working for Tate, part of the Impellam Group
