JOB TITLE: Executive Personal Assistant
Location - London Bridge
Working hours: 11am-7.30pm and Fri = 10.30am- 7pm
My client, a British publishing and merchandise company based near to London Bridge, are seeking an EA to come on board to provide comprehensive executive support to two senior Directors. I am seeking a super organised, resilient and unflappable candidate with strong attention to detail. Working hours for this role will be: Mon-Thurs =11am-7.30pm and Fri = 10.30am- 7pm so the successful candidate must be able to commit to these hours. An interest in publishing, popular culture, graphic novels, comics or something similar will be advantageous but is not essential.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Extensive Diary Management· Organising internal and external meetings· Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements · Negotiating with vendors to find best costs and values · Liaising with overseas contacts in the US - east and west coast · General administration duties on behalf of the director · Upkeep of various trackers · Maintaining files and databases of up-to-date information relevant to the directors
· A number of field specific duties in relation to the publishing industry including but not limited to; -Placing book orders and maintaining profitable business relationships with international publishers-Archiving collections of books / comics / merchandise· Organisation of some personal affairs for the director
Other ad-hoc duties include· Provision of interim support to senior management team as necessary· Reviewing and improving systems, methods, customer service standards for retail group, and other areas as directed· All other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the directors office
