Are you a resourceful and hard working Office Manager/Coordinator looking for an opportunity to join a successful property maintenance company?
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the office, and service that the company provides to their clients. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people on all levels, efficient administrative skills, and the ability to work flexibly and with common sense.
The responsibilities of this role include: · First point of contact for incoming calls in to the office · Manage quotations and raise invoices · Order in stock and stationery · Update and manage registries · Appraise work methods and margins · Coordinate with colleagues· Building utilities check· Oversee vehicle fleet management· Check through staff paperwork
