Have you got experience as a resourceful, structured, hardworking Facilities, Maintenance or Property Manager? If so, we may have a great opportunity for you to join a busy property maintenance company.
The purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the office, and service that the company provides to their clients. The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people on all levels, efficient administrative skills, and the ability to work flexibly and with common sense.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- First point of contact for incoming calls in to the office
- Manage quotations and raise invoices
- Order in stock and stationery
- Update and manage registries
- Appraise work methods and margins
- Building utilities check
- Oversee vehicle fleet management
You will have the chance to make a real difference in this rewarding role for an expanding company based just outside Winchester. It is essential that you are logical, accurate and adaptable, combined with being able to work in a fast pace and time pressured environment, independently and as part of a team.
Hours; 7.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday (also responsible for some out of hour's calls)
