Service Desk Operator Full Time Permanent£20,000-£24,000 (dependent on experience)Milton Keynes Are you interested in working for a market leader based in Milton Keynes? A business that is passionate about Technology? Tate in Milton Keynes is working in partnership with a highly successful American Network Operator to recruit a Service Desk Operator to join their team. The role of the Service Desk Operator is to manage technical incidents through to a resolution.Responsibilities:- Log all customers incidents from either electronic or verbal notifications falling within the responsibility of the service desk- Update incidents within the relevant information in a timely manner- Provide customers with updates regarding their specific incidents and manage their ticket through resolution - Escalate incident according to the company processes- Ensure customer service levels are met to the best standard- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner - Provide reports when required for internal and external customers - Ensure database is accurately up to date - Technical 2nd line troubleshooting and resolving remote site network issuesThe Person:- Be highly organised - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills- verbal, written and spoken - A good problem solver - Ideally have field service or technical desk experience If this role is suitable to your skillset please contact Tasha on 01908 200990.
