Highly experienced Building Services Manager is required for corporate client in Hemel Hempstead. Reporting directly to the FDCompetitive salary plus bonus and benefitsThe role is to manage hard & soft services, vehicle fleet, project management (refurbishment, relocations), Tenders, vendor management and budget responsibility. Additionally, the successful candidate will be attending and presenting at Leadership Team meetings.Skills & Experience Necessary for Role:- Minimum 5-8 years experience in corporate FM role covering similar responsibilities- Held similar position for corporate multi-site business- Ability and confidence to present at leadership level- Experience of forecasting, budget and cost management- Project Management skills- Good negotiator with vendor management experienceMain duties:- Management of all office services for multi-national and multi-site businesso Hard and soft services, vehicle and fleet company management, project management (refurbishment, relocations)- Budget responsibilityo Forecasting, cost management, maintain and update budgets- Vendor management including sourcing new suppliers and cost negotiation- Attending regular Leadership Team meetings and providing updates as requiredTo apply for this position, please submit your CV in MS-WORD format
