Tate are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment/ HR candidate to join a charitable business for their head office based in basingstoke. This business has been established for over 30 years are very well regarded in their practises and recognised for their innovation. Great opportunity for someone with ample resourcing experience who would like to move into more of an HR role or for those in HR who enjoy focusing on recruitment. CIPD Qualifications would be advantageous. If not acquired The candidate would need to be keen to obtain their CIPD. The business would be happy to put the successful candidate though their CIPD.Duties include:-Work collaboratively with the Board Senior Management Team members to plan and roll out the Company strategy in responsible area for a period of up to 5 years-Develop resourcing and retention strategies (UK and European) that meet current and future workforce demands, establishing the business as an employer of choice through day to day activity, innovative and effective resourcing and retention solutions- In conjunction with the HR Director, review resourcing budget on regular basis and forecast spend- Manage agencies (UK & overseas), recruitment drives (2 x year) plus extra demand. Negotiate competitive rates-Manage the resourcing process from start to finish, from taking briefs from managers through toon boarding new starters

-In conjunction with the Learning & Development Lead or external provider, deliver recruitmentand retention management training (Management Development module framework) toregistered managers, acting as subject matter expert- Take the lead for assigned functional activities and projects, whilst always supporting the best interests of the Company-Actively reduce current turnover by developing an understanding of national and local trends in and identifying effective ways to engage both passive and active job seekers- Keep abreast of developments within their individual profession and sector, identifying opportunities and needs that will enable the business to continue to develop excellent practice-Ensure audits and performance indicators are reported and responded to in a timely manner and are used to inform future decisions, actions and make recommendations to the Board-In conjunction with the relevant Board Director, ensure that the functional area has effective strategies for risk management and business continuity whilst protecting the best interests andreputationIf you are interested in this fantastic position working for a really worth while company please apply now!
