Do you pride yourself on your customer service skills? Working in a fast paced environment? Our client in Brighton is currently offering a great opportunity within their Housing communications team. The role is working Monday to Friday office hours. Processing disabled facility grant applications and council adaptations, ordering work, carry out provisional test of resources, be responsible for some of the waiting list admin, take referrals, pay invoices and process back office systems data. Delivering customer service via phone and emailKey Responsibilities: · Dealing with customers, queries and orders · Taking inbound calls from customers regarding application queries.· Processing orders for the customers. · Handling several different operating systems, so MUST be computer literate. · General Admin including, emails, order entry and invoice entry. This job offers a great opportunity within an amazing company offering £9.78 as an hourly rate. This role is a temporary position up until the end of September, with the possibility of extension.
