Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Duration: Temporary for 3 months
Pay: £9.00 per hour
Our client in Luton is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. This is a temporary role for 3 months with an immediate start.
The Customer Service Advisor will work out of their Luton offices and be the first point of contact for all external customers.
- Take inbound calls from customers, contractors and suppliers
- Management of all complaints through to resolution
- Close liaison with service coordinators and property managers
- Raising maintenance requests and orders
- Completion of insurance claim forms
- Handling telephone payments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous Customer Service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
