An incredible opportunity working for a tech start-up company based in Paddington!

This company is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated people to provide exceptional customer service to all their clients, whether it be over the phone or email.

Based in beautiful offices in Paddington, this role is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 3-6 months (potential to be extended longer), paying £10ph.

Duties include:

- Managing all enquiries from both buyers and sellers via email and telephone

- Managing all social media platforms

- Dealing with all online reviews and responding accordingly

You must:

- Have great customer service skills and be a clear, confident communicator

- Have an eagerness to learn and have a willing attitude

- Be able to work in a high pressured, dynamic environment

- Have great attention to detail

- Be available immediately

- Be fluent both verbally and written in English

- Be able to travel to Paddington

- Be flexible as there is a staff rota. E.g. 9am to 6pm or 430pm - 1am
