Working as part of a small team this is a varied and interesting role involving customer contact, administration and marketing support. The role would suit someone with good administration and customer skills along with an interest in marketing and a flexible approach.
Role: Marketing Administrator Where: Romsey Salary: c£18,000-19,000pa
- Liaison with customers and ensuring that enquires or requests are responded to efficiently- Updating of customer information on the database- Arranging bookings for the company and maintaining the company diary- Upkeep of the customer database and providing reports as necessary- Assisting at exhibitions and marketing events- Organising materials needed at exhibitions and training courses- Assisting in general marketing support
You will need:
- To be well presented and professional in your approach- Excellent communication skills- To be highly organised and efficient- To be flexible and able to work as part of a small team- Confident IT skills including: PowerPoint and InDesign
