Job Holder: Brand Manager Reports to: Head of Sales and MarketingThe Brand Manager is responsible, helping drive growth and brand recognition. The role requires strong client management experience, at a senior level, as well as managing multiple internal stakeholders and their expectations. In addition to this, project management skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively prioritise a wide range of rail branding assignments. From the smallest design details to the largest brand campaigns, our Brand Manager needs a keen eye, creative vision and the tenacity to lead the company around brand direction.2. Key Accountabilities· Support the Head of Sales and Marketing by leading brand ownership, through brand strategy and development, engagement, events and partnership activities across the business. · Ensure delivery of a consistent and clear brand suite and strategy, whilst developing and communicating an internal strategy to support the external brand. Ensure that transformation marketing strategies are in line with brand house and work to ensure this· Manage the brand tracking for both brands, ensuring that we maintain and grow brand engagement and brand equity through this research. · Manage the production of the Fleet Brand Strategy, Station Design Guide(s) and Brand Guidelines, ensuring that they are kept up to date with wider requirements, as well as are refreshed through the brand tracking research. · Manage agencies and suppliers, ensuring that briefs are developed and delivered in line with the brand and business requirements.· Support the marketing managers and digital manager with creative guidance on digital platforms and other brand elements, including Wi-Fi and CRM.· Develop the internal culture and brand messaging and support the change programme through the Vision & Values programme in line with Leadership, Development and people management streams.· Lead and support departments who deliver internal and external communications, including major projects teams and customer information teams by ensuring that brand messages are aligned to business needs and brand messaging. This includes tone of voice and look and feel. · Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams around the business to understand and support future brand requirements and touchpoints: staff uniforms, station communications and design, on-board communications, train liveries, customer and staff communications. · Mange an asset bank of brand imagery and collateral, for internal and external use.· Manage the brand budget and suppliers.
