Take a look for yourself at ReAssure and how you can be part of a first class, successful organisation www.reassurecareers.co.ukThe Role:You will be supporting the servicing of numerous policies whilst ensuring that you deliver on your promises and ensure that the customer is always treated fairly. Located within their friendly and supportive office, you will play an integral part of the delivery of exceptional customer service within this team.Your duties will includeØ Providing effective customer service whilst complying with regulatory guidelines for each and every task Ø Handle and fulfil incoming and outgoing customer complaint phone calls for a wide and diverse range of life and/or pension policies and according to multiple life company client requirements.Ø Identifying and escalating any issues to your manager Ø Completing tasks within agreed timescales working through processes and utilising a number of systemsØ Working in collaboration with other business functions to complete any requests from policy holders Ø Check understanding of written customer requests (either post or email) and take personal responsibility for ensuring that all needs are understood, complaints are logged to our specialised database (Respond) or handed off appropriately to the service team. All elements to be satisfied first time, accurately - in line with our "Once and Done, Right First Time" philosophy and regulatory guidelines.Skills and Experience:We are looking for people with a positive outlook, who can adapt to change whilst maintaining honesty and integrity.If you have worked within a complaints environment before or a regulated environment previously, this will be an advantage as ReAssure takes the data protection and delivery of service to their customers seriously. You must be able to demonstrate:Ø The ability to deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal communicationØ Confident IT skillsØ The ability to follow and work with processesØ A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
