Are you an experienced IT professional ready to join a leading organisation who are passionate about customer satisfaction? An opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Supervisor to become part of the business and lead the helpdesk team to excellence on a full time and permanent basis.
This role is within an award winning organisation that has been recognised as a great employer by Times Best Companies and that are continuing to grow. You will be joining a company that was established over 30 years ago that are continuing to go from strength to strength and have over 4,000 employees.
You will be rewarded with an annual salary of up to £25K, free parking, free gym, subsidised canteen, voucher schemes and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will also get to work within their beautifully designed offices in this great location in Nottingham.
In this role you will provide support with software and hardware issues, be the point of contact for escalated issues and maintain weekly progress reports. You will also manage the helpdesk team, including carrying out regular team meetings and one to ones, plan rotas and holiday management. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced IT professional who has previously dealt with hardware and software issues, has strong knowledge of call logging systems and has ideally managed a team.
