A Team Administrator position has become available within a leading property developers based in SW8. The role offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 with great benefits and company culture. The role will act as administrative support for the completions team. They will cover diary management, appointment preparation, roadshow and event support, inbox and phone management, and data inputting into Salesforce. Duties include but are not limited to:
-Ensuring the team diaries are managed efficiently -Taking responsibility for management of the central email address and phone line-Assisting with the preparation for home demonstration and handover appointments-Assisting with preparation for any events and roadshows the team may organise-Assisting with the inputting of data into Salesforce -Providing back up resource for the team in the event of unexpected absence-General administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will have:
-Prior experience in a similar role -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written-Confident on all Microsoft packages including excel-Highly organised with the ability to work independently and within a team
