My client, a leading IT and Communications business is looking for an exceptional customer service administrator to support their clients who range from retailers through to hospitals.
They are open to candidates from a retail or office background as they will provide full training, all you need is a positive mind set and a strong work ethic.
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for supporting the Data team with the following duties.
Providing administrative tasks to support the team including order processing, telephone cover and monitoring of team task queues
Delivering a first class customer service using a variety of media i.e. telephone, ticketing system and emails
Effectively manage the customer expectation and follow through with promises made to the customer
Be empathetic and understanding to customer issues
Deal with customer complaints in a friendly, calm, professional and proactive manner
Be an active contributor to the operational environment and participate in the long term goals for the business
Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the corporate Intranet.
