Role and Responsibilities
Product Quality Complaints Management Management of customer complaints related to product quality issues, triage of Customer Complaints receivedManagement of communications with local and regional stakeholders related to product quality complaints generation of complaint response letters
SOPs & Other Procedures
Product Quality Issues Management and Escalation inform AQO Management of significant product quality complaintsContribute to product quality investigations (e.g alleged counterfeits, product diversions)Metrics and Trending Assist with the collection of data and metrics on the performance of the complaints function as per local standards Audits & Inspections Support inspection readiness efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders, Business Units, and Platform Line representativesSupport internal audits/Self Inspections assist with completion or follow-up of audit Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
REQUIRED SKILLSEducation & ExperienceLife Sciences technical degree is required: BS or MSc Some knowledge of the regulatory GDP/GMP compliance issues relating to manufacturing and distribution of medicinal products, previous experience in a GMP/GDP role in a regulated environment is valuedDesired technical and behavioural skills: Fluency in English, Customer Service Orientated, ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skillsSome knowledge and understanding of UK, and EU legislation, guidelines and procedures Please apply now through us for this exciting opportunity to work for a major global company
