Tate are recruiting for one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies and are seeking a Quality Systems Administrator to be based in Hurley, Maidenhead.The role is for 52 weeks and pays £13 per hour, and candidates will be able to demonstrate:QUALIFICATIONS Has an appropriate degree level education in science or quality topic and ideally a University graduate Skills and Personal Attributes Proven team player with a professional approach, with strong organisation and prioritisation skills Diplomatic in communication with internal and external customers Self-motivated individual who is comfortable with working independently Computer literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share Point, ability and willingness to learn and navigate new computer systems Good English language communication verbal and written, with good attention to detail and accuracy of work Working knowledge of GMP and GDP is an advantage, however training will be givenPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Maintain SCMQO documentation Upload documents into document management system Provide support for procedural queries & Proof read procedures2. TRAINING Manage global training curriculum's, adding and deleting colleagues as needed, uploading and assign learning activities, generate training metrics Create training videos, slide decks and assessments using applicable software - Go Animate and Articulate. 3. COMMUNICATION Post announcements and assist on the Intranet site. Ensure all SCMQO Contact lists are updated in a timely manner Maintain SCMQO SharePoint SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform any and all tasks deemed appropriate by the Quality Systems Director.Please apply now to register your interest in this exciting opportunity
