Tate are looking for a Customer Service Co ordinator for a local National Housebuilder.

The Customer Services Coordinator will deliver first class service to our clients customers throughout the customer services process. The Customer Services team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from all of our clients customers

This is a fantastic opportunity for 6 months FTC.

Duties to include: · Providing exceptional levels of service to clients via inbound and outbound Telephone contact· Working within NHBC guidelines. · Create and issue work instructions on in house company systems, ensuring Maintenance Technicians diaries are fully utilized. · Health & Safety - responsible for annual PAT testing for Technicians and electrical equipment. · Respond to emails from our clients customers in a timely manner. · Assist the Customer Services Manager and Head of Customer Services in day to day business requirements. · Managing customers expectations through a clear explanation of next steps and potential outcomes.· Contribute to improving the business, protecting and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and when requested implement the change. · Ensure accurate records are kept on all internal systems relating to clients and customers at all times· Take ownership of resolving routine non complex issues personally and escalating more complex issues to your Customer Services Manager or Head of Customer Services where applicable. · At all times comply with company policy, procedure and instructions. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the below experience: · Providing exceptional Customer Service on a consistent basis· Excellent communication skills · Good literacy and numeracy skills
