Our client based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator.
This exciting role encompasses both online and offline marketing.
You will be responsible for coordinating campaigns, Promotional Materials, tradeshow exhibitions as well as any other ad hoc projects.
You will ensure that marketing projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate multiple projects that will maximise lead generation and therefore increase sales.

Duties include:· Prepare and monitor multiple marketing campaigns, plans, objectives and schedules; working alongside the Lead Generation team· Implement marketing, offline and digital campaigns as directed by the Lead Generation team.· Monitor and report on results of campaign performance and reflect to ensure future campaigns are as effective as possible · Monitor promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.· Liaise with third party suppliers as required; including digital agency and print house· Manage all social media accounts for the business - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.· Update and maintain the website to ensure the content is relevant and up-to-date· Plan exhibitions, implement, and co-ordinate requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; co-ordinating additional and supporting marketing activities· Produce marketing communications, such a flyers, brochures and trade show material· Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
